Shift Coordinator Pay Grade: 21 Reports To: Supervisor Supervises: All employees and volunteers associated with the designated home throughout the weekend. Status: Non-Exempt Responsibilities: General Duties: Performs all duties outlined in the Live-Out Assistant's role description. In addition coordinates, oversees and provides direct service in the following areas of activity: Shopping
Maintenance and Cleaning
Safety
Medications
Documentation
Report
Supervisory: Oversees the work of staff and volunteers throughout the weekend at the designated home. Other: Other duties as assigned. Classification: This position requires tasks that routinely involve a potential for mucous membranes or skin contact with blood, body fluids, tissues or potential spills or splashes. Use of appropriate measures is required for every health care provider in this position. Qualifications: Age: Must be 18 years of age or older. Education: Two years beyond High School or four years full time experience. Certification of Medication Manager, CPR, and First Aid preferred (must meet requirement within 90 days of employment). Experience: One year full time, or two years part time experience living with or working with adults or children with special needs. Driver's License: Must have a valid license and qualify as an insurable driver. Physical Demands: This person will be in good health, free from communicable diseases, and able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Personal

to work as a team, is well organized, exemplifies good leadership
skills, is able to plan and supervise the work of others, and has
