Application
for Core Membership
Our People
Core Members
Friendship Ark
Homes residents are referred to as core members. Core members
are people who share their lives together. They become a family. They
cook together, wash dishes, and clean their own rooms. They say a
prayer together before each meal.
Core members celebrate birthdays together. Birthday
celebrations begin with every member describing something they like
about the the birthday person. They also celebrate anniversaries each
year to recognize how long each resident has shared their home.
Friendship
Ark Homes is designed to help core members establish long-term friendships
with other core members and with the staff members and volunteers
who share their lives.

When
considering life at Friendship Ark Homes, core members and their families
