Director has overall responsibility for the well being of each core
member and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the entire
Friendship Ark Homes community. More.
Supervisors
The Supervisors
provide core member support as well as supervision for staff. Staff
performance evaluations and development are worked on directly with
the Executive Director. More.
House Coordinators
The Co-House
Coordinators are the designated head of house with primary responsibility
for coordinating day-to-day activities, services, and overall quality
of life within the home. More.
Weekend Shift Coordinators
Weekend Shift
Coordinators perform all duties as outlined in the Live-Out Assistant’s
role. In addition, they coordinate and oversee activities within the
home during the weekend. Those activities may include shopping, medications,
maintenance and cleaning, and reviewing documentation. More.
Live-Out Assistants
Assistants provide skill development,
role modeling, friendship, and support to core members. They also
contribute to the general upkeep of the home and equipment. More.
Registered Nurse
The Registered
Nurse implements completion of Medication Manager training, and other
medical-related issues. This person communicates with health professionals
in all areas of the core members’ health, and instructs staff about
these issues. The Registered Nurse monitors core member health, medication
documentation, and accompanies core members on physician visits. More.
Administrative Assistants
Administrative
Assistants provide support to the Executive Director relating to the
daily operations of the agency. Support is also provided for the homes
and staff. More.
Accounting Clerk
The Accounting
Clerk coordinates accounts receivable and accounts payable, produces
necessary reports, and maintains financial records. Medicaid billing
and compliance are required. More.
Volunteers
Persons who wish
to give of their time to our core members, leave with a sense of joy.
Joy at seeing God's light shine through our core members. Volunteers
spend time playing games, cooking, watching movies, and just being
with our core members. Volunteer during a monthly staff meeting, be
a companion, or help our core members during an outing. Or just spend
time at home with them. They love your time and attention.
