Incorporated in 1999; started serving adults with disabilities in 2000

We opened our first Intermediate SCL home in 2021, providing a living arrangement for core members who have left 24-hour services but would like more support than can be offered through the Individualized SCL program and the second one welcomed its first core members in the fall of 2023.
Construction on our ninth home was completed in 2024, featuring a new layout created to better support individuals with more complex needs. This fall, we broke ground on our tenth home, and we are excited to welcome new core members there in the spring of 2026.
