Join us as we unite in person at our signature July 4th event. Alternatively, sign up for the virtual option which you complete by running or walking a 5k route anytime between June 25th and July 5th.

Registration Fee

Family/Group

If you sign up more than three registrants, ALL registrants will be $25/person (up to 6 per family/group).

 

Registration Deadline

• June 11, 2022 for guaranteed T-Shirt sizes (limited quantities beyond this date).

• July 4, 2022 for T-Shirt delivery after race dates.

• T-Shirts available in adult and youth sizes; pick-up or mail delivery options available; pick-up instructions will be emailed upon registration.

 

Race Dates

Virtual Race - June 25-July 5, 2022; run at the location of your choice.
In-Person Race - July 4th, 2022 at Ada Hayden Park in Ames.

 

Timing

Virtual Race - Enter your own time on our race platform or link your stats from your Strava app. Instructions will be emailed upon registration.

In-Person Race - Professionally timed event.
