Construction of New Home Underway

 

Friendship Ark broke ground on our sixth home this spring, and we look forward to welcoming five additional core members to the Friendship Ark family this fall. Construction of our homes is supported by many generous private donations as well as in-kind contributions by the contractors and vendors that are helping us to build the home.

16th Annual 5 on the 4th Went Virtual

 

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our signature event on the 4th of July turned into a Virtual QuaRUNtine run/walk this year. We were thrilled that we still had just as many supporters sign up as we typically have had for the in-person event. Check back for information about next year's race. Only time will tell if we will be able to hold it in-person, virtual, or a combinaton of the two.

 

 

Georges Niang 2020 Golf Outing

 

Friendship Ark was selected as the charity partner of the 2020 Georges Niang Golf Outing, however, due to the challenges of the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic, the outing needed to be postponed to 2021. Annual Fundraising Event

 

Due to our partnership with the 2020 Georges Niang Golf Outing we will not be holding our annual fundraising event this year. Watch for updates as we prepare to roll out a brand new event in 2021. We thank you for your continued support.
