Title: Employee Celebrates 20-Year Anniversary with FA

Last Friday we had the privilege of celebrating our longest employee at Friendship Ark, Martina Luppen, during our admin retreat. Martina celebrates 20 years with Friendship Ark and has been a core part of Friendship Ark since almost the beginning. As we shared what Martina meant to us all it became very apparent how important Martina was in helping to welcome and train all of us. Our evening was fun filled and we brought spring to us by having Megan from Violet Lane come and do a bloom bar for us. If you have never experienced a Bloom Bar we give it a 10 out of 10. We learned about flowers and how to arrange and package them and the scent was heavenly and left us longing for spring and all our flowers still look great. We continued the evening with charcuterie and appetizers and did a couple fun team building activities. I think we all left grateful and appreciative for one another.
